Service Rules

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the boundaries of TnVPN’s international network acceleration service and the basic rights and responsibilities of subscribers and the service.

Service Content and Scope

TnVPN provides international network acceleration subscriptions for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The service covers 90+ countries and 200+ routes. The regions, entry cities, protocols, and route types available for connection are those shown on the service pages and in the user panel at the time of use. Routes may change as capacity, maintenance, and partner resources are adjusted, so the available entry points for a region may vary.

Subscribers can use the user panel to view plans, obtain client apps, manage subscriptions, and submit support tickets. The service is intended to improve route selection for international websites, remote collaboration, file transfers, streaming, and other ordinary online activities. Actual connection results may be affected by the network environment, device settings, and the status of the destination service.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Subscribers must safeguard their login credentials and are responsible for actions taken under their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed or the account behaves unexpectedly, subscribers should change their password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel. Subscribers bear responsibility for losses caused by failing to protect their credentials properly.

One account supports simultaneous connections on an unlimited number of devices, but this arrangement is only for devices managed by the subscriber. Accounts, passwords, subscription details, and access rights may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or shared with unrelated third parties. Without permission, subscribers may not repackage the service as another commercial offering or distribute route resources in bulk.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported payment methods; available payment options are those shown on the checkout page.

Acceptable Use Requirements

When using the service, subscribers must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and in the regions involved in their online activities, as well as the rules of the destination websites, apps, and platforms. Subscribers may not use the service for unlawful activity, violate others’ lawful rights, or interfere with the normal operation of networks, systems, accounts, or data.

Subscribers may not use the service to distribute unlawful content, commit fraud, send unauthorized bulk messages, conduct malicious scans or system attacks, steal data, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in other conduct that could harm individuals, platforms, or network infrastructure. Subscribers are responsible for determining whether their intended activities are lawful and for the content they upload, access, transmit, or store.

Service Availability and Liability

TnVPN maintains the service based on route conditions and operational requirements, but international connections may be affected by local networks, carrier routing, end-user systems, destination-platform policies, device performance, and maintenance activities. The service does not guarantee that a particular route will remain available, that particular content will always be accessible, or that identical results will be achieved in every network environment.

Some routes may be temporarily switched or suspended to address faults, adjust capacity, manage security risks, or upgrade the service. Subscribers should verify their connection before important meetings, file transfers, or other critical tasks and keep necessary alternatives available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for indirect losses caused by network interruptions beyond its reasonable control, changes to third-party services, or subscriber configuration errors.

Restrictions, Suspension, and Termination

If an account is used for resale, public sharing, unlawful activity, malicious consumption of service resources, attacks on network infrastructure, disruption of other subscribers’ normal use, or circumvention of user-panel management rules, TnVPN may take measures appropriate to the risk, including restricting route access, suspending the account, or terminating the service. Where necessary, the service may ask the subscriber to explain the relevant activity or complete account security procedures.

When a subscription expires, its traffic allowance is exhausted, or a subscriber voluntarily stops using the service, the corresponding route access may end. Account termination does not affect payments, violations handled, or other obligations arising before termination. Subscribers should save any non-sensitive records they need to retain before the service ends.

Refund Guidance and Terms Updates

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. For the applicable scope, process, and details, please see the Refund Policy.

TnVPN may revise these Terms of Service in response to changes in the service, technical arrangements, or applicable rules. Updated versions will be published on this page with the latest update date; significant changes affecting subscriber rights or responsibilities may also be announced through the user panel. Continued use of the service after an update indicates that the subscriber has read and accepted the revised content. If the subscriber disagrees with a change, they should stop using the service and manage their existing subscription.
