PREPARE

Before you start

Before you begin, decide which device you will mainly use and open the TnVPN user panel on that device. Your account, orders, and subscription are managed in the panel. Marketing pages do not provide static installation packages or publicly display a ready-to-use subscription address. This setup helps prevent an old link from being mistaken for the current subscription and keeps client and route updates in one place.

Prepare an easy-to-identify username and a unique password for your account. TnVPN does not require an email address for registration, so your username and password are the main credentials for accessing the panel. Store them securely. If you plan to use multiple devices, complete account creation, ordering, and subscription copying on one device first, then repeat client import on the others. The service supports unlimited devices at the same time, but each device still requires its own client installation and subscription update.

This guide covers the shortest path from creating an account to confirming a connection. Selection guidance for protocol differences, direct and relay topologies, evening congestion, and mobile resource usage is collected in Protocol and Route Technical Reference. First-time users do not need to read all the technical material first. Complete the basic connection in this guide, then adjust it for the specific situation.

ACCOUNT

Create an account

Open the account creation page, enter the username and password you prepared, and confirm the details as instructed. No email address is required. After submission, the page will open the user panel or ask you to sign in with the username and password you just created. If your browser autofills details saved for another site, check the username before continuing so unrelated credentials are not entered into the form.

Once inside the panel, check that Account Overview is displayed correctly. If the new account has no active plan yet, the subscription section may not offer any available routes. This is expected. Do not try to find an address in the page source or elsewhere; go directly to the Plans section next. After the order is completed and takes effect, Account Overview will show the subscription entry for the current account.

PLAN

Choose a plan and place an order

Open the Plans section in the user panel to view monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Choose based on how you use the service: monthly subscriptions usually suit steady use with relatively consistent monthly needs, while data packages suit irregular usage when you want the data to remain available long term.

Open the plan you want and verify its name, data allowance, and amount due before choosing Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT to pay. Do not open multiple identical orders on the payment page, as it may be difficult to tell which one is being processed later. After payment, return to the user panel and wait for the order status to update. If the page still shows the pre-payment state, return to Account Overview and check again instead of placing another order.

When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. When choosing for the first time, there is no need to select the highest tier just to leave extra capacity. Consider your current use of file transfers, meetings, AI tools, or streaming services. All plans support unlimited devices, so device count does not need to determine the tier. If you are still unsure, read the data and usage guidance on the Plans page.

SUBSCRIPTION

Get your subscription from Account Overview

After the order takes effect, open Account Overview and find the subscription section. The panel will show a subscription entry that can be imported into the client for the current account. Click Copy, keep the user panel open, and switch to the client to complete the import. The subscription link syncs the route list and future updates; it is not an ordinary web address and does not need to be opened repeatedly in a browser.

Your subscription contains account-specific usage information and should not be placed in public documents, screenshots, or chat logs. To illustrate the link format, this guide uses an obvious placeholder: https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. This address cannot connect to TnVPN and contains no real account information. In practice, copy only the content generated for the current account in Account Overview. Do not use links from tutorial screenshots or other people.

If the subscription section has not appeared, first check whether the order has taken effect, then refresh Account Overview. If you have just paid, leave the Plans section and reopen Account Overview so the panel can reload the account status. After copying successfully, do not split the link manually or change its beginning, ending, or parameters. The client needs the complete content to read the route list correctly.

Subscription access

After the order takes effect, copy it from Account Overview for the current account.

Open Account Overview
CLIENTS

Import clients on each platform

The client reads the subscription, displays routes, and establishes the system connection. Get the platform-specific entry from the client download section of the user panel instead of looking for similarly named installers on unknown pages. After installation, the core steps are the same: open Subscription Management, choose import from a link, paste the complete subscription copied from Account Overview, run an update, and select a route from the synchronized list.

WINDOWS

Windows client

Open the client download section in the user panel, choose the Windows entry, and complete the installation. When you first open the desktop client, look for a “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Import from link” menu. Paste the subscription copied from Account Overview into the address field, give it a recognizable name, and confirm the addition.

Run a subscription update once after adding it. When the route list appears, first choose a route that is relatively close geographically or matches the target service’s region, then start the system connection. Windows may ask you to confirm network permissions; this is a normal step required for the client to establish the system connection. Once connected, keep the client running and proceed to verification.

MACOS

macOS client

Get the macOS client from the corresponding entry in the user panel and launch it after installation. The system may ask you to approve a network extension or VPN configuration. Follow the prompts in System Settings, grant permission, and return to the client. If you close the authorization window, the client may import routes without actually establishing the system connection.

Open the client’s subscription or configuration management section, choose Add via URL, paste the complete subscription, save it, and run an update. Once the route list appears, choose the target route and enable the connection. If a client status icon appears in the menu bar, you can use it to check the current route quickly. For the first setup, however, it is best to stay in the main window so you can clearly see the update and connection results.

ANDROID

Android client

Open the Android client entry in the user panel and prepare the appropriate app according to the panel instructions. In the app, “Import from link” is usually found under the add button on the main screen, Subscription Management, or the configuration menu. Paste the subscription, confirm the update, and wait until the route names are fully displayed before selecting a route.

When you start the connection for the first time, Android will display a system-level network connection permission prompt. Confirm it, return to the client, and check that the status changes to Connected. To prevent the system from stopping the client too soon in the background, allow the app to keep running in the device’s battery or background activity settings. Names vary by device, so look for the relevant background management page for the app.

IOS

iOS client

Prepare a compatible client through the iOS entry provided in the user panel. In the app, open the subscription, configuration, or add-server section and choose import via link. Paste the complete subscription from Account Overview, save it, and run an update. Confirm that the app displays a route list rather than merely saving an unread address.

When you select a route and enable the connection, iOS will ask for permission to add a VPN configuration. Complete the system confirmation, return to the client, and wait for the status to change to Connected. You can then check whether the connection is still running from the system status area or the client’s main screen. To change routes, select a new one in the client and reconnect; there is no need to add the same subscription again.

Clients and subscriptions are accessed from the user panel

Access for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux is centralized in the panel. Sign in and choose your system there; marketing pages do not provide direct links to static installers.

VERIFY

Connect and verify

After selecting a route and starting the connection in the client, first watch its status. Normally, the main button or status area changes from Not Connected to Connected and shows the selected route name. Keep the current connection active, then open the website or app you need and complete a real access check. If the target content loads normally, the client, subscription, and selected route are working as a complete chain.

If an app still shows the page from before the connection, close it completely and reopen it so it can create new network requests. In a browser, refresh the page or open a new tab. Note that Connected in the client only means the system connection has been established. Availability of the target service can also depend on the route region, the service’s policies, and local network conditions, so judge the result by actual use.

Once a nearby entry works normally, compare other routes based on your needs. Meetings and remote collaboration prioritize a consistent connection and packet-loss performance; file transfers prioritize sustained throughput; streaming and AI tools also require a suitable exit region. During initial verification, just confirm the basic connection instead of testing every route one by one. For a more systematic selection method, continue with Protocol and Route Technical Reference.

CHECK

Troubleshoot connection issues in order

If the client shows no routes, return to Subscription Management, run an update, and confirm that you pasted the complete link from Account Overview. If the update reports an invalid format, delete the current entry and copy it again. Do not manually add characters to the original link. If Account Overview itself has no subscription entry, check the order status first instead of adjusting the client further.

If routes are displayed but a connection cannot be established, disconnect first and try another route in the same or a nearby region. If it still does not work, quit and reopen the client, then confirm that system network permissions are allowed. On desktop, also avoid running multiple tools that take control of the system network at the same time. On mobile, make sure the system has not paused the client’s background activity.

If only one website or app fails to load while other services work normally, first try a different exit region and reopen the target app. Services evaluate region and network conditions differently, so a single failure does not necessarily indicate a subscription problem. During evening fluctuations, you can compare dedicated, relay, and direct routes. Protocol and topology details are covered in the Protocol Reference page.

If you still cannot use the service after these checks, open the user panel and submit a support ticket. Explain which platform is affected, which step of this guide you reached, and what you have already tried. Support staff can then determine whether the issue concerns the order status, subscription update, client permissions, or route selection, reducing repeated questions.

SETUP COMPLETE

After the basic connection works

For everyday use, keep the subscription up to date, choose routes by scenario, and return to the panel for the client entry when changing devices. Plan data, order status, and subscription details are available in Account Overview. When you need to compare protocol resource usage, mobile performance, or route topology, open the protocol reference page and review each topic.
