Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how TnVPN handles relevant data while providing subscription services, network acceleration, and international route connections, along with how users can manage or delete account data.

Data Collected and Processing Purposes

TnVPN uses an account system based on a username and password, and no email address is required for registration. The account system processes the username, authentication credentials, plan status, traffic usage, and necessary security status to verify sign-ins, provide subscriptions, synchronize available allowances, and protect account security. Do not include identity information that should remain confidential in a username or ticket description.

After an order is placed, the system retains the order number, selected plan, amount, payment status, creation time, and refund status. These records are used to complete delivery, handle order disputes, verify payment results, and meet necessary financial obligations. Descriptions, diagnostic information, and attachments voluntarily submitted in a ticket are used only to handle that request and maintain service quality.

When users visit marketing pages or the user panel, this site may process page visits, referring pages, browser and device categories, language preferences, and approximate regional information inferred from a network address. This statistical information is used to check whether pages work properly, identify abnormal access, and improve workflows. It is not used to build profiles of the international websites users visit.

No-Activity-Log Scope and Connection Data

TnVPN follows a no-activity-log policy. It does not record which websites users access through its routes, or retain request content, communication content, or history that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. While providing connection services, TnVPN does not create long-term connection logs intended to track personal network activity, nor does it sell connection activity data.

To calculate traffic allowances, schedule routes, diagnose faults, and maintain security, the system may temporarily process technical information required during operation, such as account validity, used traffic, entry route, and error category. This information is limited to what is needed for the relevant purpose. Temporary diagnostic information is deleted or de-identified after an issue is resolved or the information is no longer needed. Order and account status are not browsing activity logs.

If a user submits a ticket with a connection time, route name, client log, or screenshot, these materials become part of the ticket record. Users should remove personal content unrelated to troubleshooting before submitting them.

Cookies and Local Storage

This site uses necessary Cookies or browser local storage to maintain sign-in status, save the interface language, remember basic preferences, and support security checks. The user panel also stores session credentials locally so pages can recognize the signed-in state after navigation. The corresponding local session information is removed when the user signs out or clears site data in the browser.

Visit analytics may use Cookies or similar local identifiers to distinguish continuous sessions and summarize page usage. Restricting Cookies may affect persistent sign-in, language preferences, and some panel functions, but it does not change the no-activity-log scope described in this policy.

Payments and Third-Party Processing

TnVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party payment service or network, which may process payment account information, transaction identifiers, risk-check information, and accounting records under its own rules. TnVPN does not directly store complete third-party payment credentials. It receives only the transaction results needed to complete orders, verify payment status, and process refunds.

When users use a third-party payment service, that service's own privacy rules also apply. If payment status is delayed or inconsistent, TnVPN verifies it against order records and payment results and will not ask users to submit complete payment credentials in a ticket.

Data Retention, Access, and Deletion

Account status and subscription data are retained while the account remains active so services can continue to be provided. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to handle disputes, reconcile finances, and meet applicable obligations. Visit analytics are retained in aggregated or de-identified form. Ticket materials are cleared when they are no longer needed to handle the request or conduct follow-up checks. Once processing purposes are met, data is deleted, anonymized, or subject to restricted use.

Users can sign in to the panel to view account and order information. To correct account details, close an account, or request deletion of relevant data, submit a request through the ticket entry in the user panel. To prevent another person from acting on the account, verification of current account control may be required before processing. If some records must be retained because of an incomplete order, dispute handling, or applicable obligations, TnVPN restricts their use and processes them after the basis for retention ends.

Policy Updates and Scope

This policy applies to the TnVPN website, user panel, and subscription services. Client environments, operating systems, and third-party payment services may have separate rules; their data processing is handled by the relevant providers.

This policy may be updated when service features, data processing methods, or applicable requirements change. The new version will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be changed. Important changes to data use will be communicated through available on-site methods. Users should review the policy in effect before continuing to use the services.
